How early do I need to order cookies?
We would prefer a minimum of 2 weeks notice. However, exceptions can be made in a pinch.
What is the ordering process?
Once the order is received, you will hear from us via email or text message to confirm all the details. I will send you a very rough draft of the cookies a week before the order due date to be sure we are on the same page and you are getting the cookies you want. When the cookies are done, I will send you pictures of the completed cookies and confirm pickup/delivery/shipping details. At that point, you will receive an invoice from us and payment is expected at the time cookies are received.
What form of payment do you accept?
You will receive an invoice to your email and phone. You can pay via credit/debit card, Venmo, cash, or check made out to Claire's Confectionery.

What is the minimum and maximum amount of cookies I can order?
We require a minimum order of a dozen cookies. The maximum amount of cookies is up to 200.
How are cookies packaged?
Each cookie is individually packaged and heat sealed for freshness. If you would prefer the cookies to be arranged on a platter, just let us know!
Do you offer gluten free/allergy-friendly cookies?
Due to the severity of allergic reactions, we do not offer gluten free or allergy friendly cookies.
Will you send me pictures?
Absolutely! Once the cookies are done, I will send you pictures. I also love receiving pictures from my customers of the cookies "in action". With permission, the pictures will be uploaded to my social media pages. I will never upload pictures to social media before the event the customer has ordered the cookies for. (I don't want to ruin any surprises!)
The basic custom cookie is vanilla with a hint of almond with a lemon icing. If that is not your cup of tea, we can adjust accordingly. We also offer seasonal flavors so be on the lookout for those!
